And he was waiting, sitting in the hotel on the mezzanine and watching the lobby with intent even if he's also on the watch out for Joe so he doesn't get startled.
He sees Viktor first coming through the revolving door and then the Fin is running down the escalator, brushing past people and taking two steps at a time with his long legs. He doesn't stop, nothing is going to deter him. Vars barely has a chance to notice him before the drummer has Hans in a full on hug that nearly lifts him off his feet.
